Optimum Location of Daily Neighborhood Markets by Using AHP in GIS

Daily neighborhood markets are one of the most important service centers in the city. So, attainders to this point, in daily neighborhood market should locate suitability, is necessary to decrease demand of inter towns travels. The goal of this research is located in daily neighborhood markets in Birjand, to improve travel demand and suitable distribution of daily markets and success to a sustainable city. Method of this research is descriptive–analytic. At the first stage, we turned to recoiling and examination of effective factors on location then by using ArcGIS software and Analytic Hierarchy processes (AHP) and after collecting data, preparing informational layer, classification and evaluating of layers, goring measure and covering informational layer, we turned to prior Birjand lands for making daily neighborhood markets, information of this paper made available by field observation detailed planning study and 1:50000 detailed and existing map of birjand. Finally, lands of this city divided to 5 groups, including: very suitable, suitable, average, unsuitable, very un suitable. After agreement of this map with real earth islands without and green space that are more than 2000 m are in very suitable, suitable group for making daily neighborhood markets. That results are shown (produce) on a map.By regarding to final map we observed that among 4 daily neighborhood markets in Birjand, 2 markets are in average, un suitable areas and 2 markets are in very suitable , suitable areas.

The aim of this research is to study tourism effects on rural development. Tourismwas one of the main and controversial challenges during several past decades. In this respect, rural tourism could provide many chances with making employment, improvement rural income and preserve historical, cultural heritage. It could also play an effective role on revival and renewal of rural areas and substantial development. Tourism is of high economical importance; therefore, familiarity with host community as a producer of tourism product is also important. Mahan villages in Kerman Township are facing with same problems as other villages in Iran. Some of these problems are: high vulnerability of economy and instability of income resources, climatic fluctuations, pressure increase on environmental basic resources, employment restrictions and lack of different job opportunities in rural areas, hidden and obvious unemployment, increase of poverty and etc. we analyzed obtained data using the K-S test, one sample t test and a Kruskal Wallis Test. according to rural sustainable development pattern, using the tourism capabilities in rural areas are one of the exit strategies to these condition. The purpose of this research is to enabling another income resource beside industry and agriculture, because ecological restriction on the region, increasing level of population, lack of employment and rural recession and etc, has increased irregular immigration of regional rural. The method of this research is based on analytical- description and completing questionnaire in two different group of host community with 190 households head in six touristy villages of Mahan section. The obtained data from this research was concluded that on basis of host community tourism effects on rural habitat development of Mahan District are higher than that of assumed mean (74.18 versus 66). The result showed that the Mahan villages in Kerman Township have a high capability of attracting tourism given that the tourism structures are needed to reinforce the rural tourism to be properly provided.

Nowadays, policies of urbanization have changed from horizontal growth pattern to smart growth that lead to the concept of compact city. Building high-rise structures as one of the compact city parts have been considered by city managers to maximum use of limited space and resources. But lack of consideration to criteria and principles of correct locating this kind of buildings can lead to problems to the future of cities .So, The aim of this article is to identify effective criteria in locating high-rise buildings in District 9 of Mashhad with emphasis on smart growth such as the idea of compact city, mixed land use, preserve open space and finally survey the region's potential in terms of building high-rise structures. Therefore, by using document and field research method 9 criteria on two physical - spatial and environmental qualities has been selected for suitable positions of this kind of buildings. Also The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a tool to determine the weight of criteria and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as a tool to collate, analyze and display spatial datain the process ofpositioningis used. From the whole surface area (45,617 pieces) the number of1747 pieces with a total area of 100 hectares is proposed respectively in the first and second priorities for high buildings. But the proposed boundaries is different with current situation and the hypothesis based on lack of proper attention to the principles and criteria of compact city, has been approved.

Urban Life and its mechanical necessities led to rise the interesting in nature and find peace among the citizen increasingly. Related to answer to this need and organizing, a new type of tourism has been framed in tourism literature. Nowadays, Ecotourism is outstanding among other types of tourism and has grown significantly in the past twenty years. Qom province is one of the most famous Iranian destinations and is necessary for this province to be notice of diversifying of its tourism products as well as religious tourism. Aims to this issue are identify and prioritize ecotourism potential areas in the Province, The Ecological Capability Evaluation model is used to identify potential areas and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to prioritize. Related to configuring ecotourism zones and attracting investors, the article is focused on Intensive ecotourism areas. Among of These areas, 6 areas are selected and prioritized based on 5 factors and 29 indexes. The results were finally indicated that Hozesoltan, Kahak, Dastjerd, Salafchegan, Ghahan and Palang Dare are ranked sequentially by 0.83, 0.74, 0.73, 0.72, 0.62 and 0.57 scores.

The main objective of this paper is to investigate the main determinants of housing price in Tabriz city. For this purpose, the shelters and apartment units have been selected for model estimation and variables of this paper has been classified to economic, social and physical categories. The field analysis has been used for fill out questionnaire in this paper. Moreover, the hedonic price model has been estimated by using of classic linear regression such as OLS.The empirical results of this study reveal that area of land, education, access to radiator, lane or street width and traffic situation have positive and building facet, distance from city center and number of room have negative and significant effect on the shelter housing price. However, in the case of apartment unit, area of land, distance from mosque, income, ownership document and access to elevator and radiator have positive and other explanatory variables like type of ownership document, building facet, distance from city center, number of family member, number of apartment unit.

Feeling of security and Psychological feelings are associated with the citizens toward crime threatening. Feeling of security impacts on economic and social development, and also on incentives for investment and production activities in rural areas. Therefore, the aim of this research is to evaluate and analyze the Feeling of security in rural areas in Shirvan and Chardavol County. The research method in this study is survey and data were collected from 445 people in 166 villages in 2011. To evaluate and analyze Feeling of security, spatial statistical methods, including statistic Moran's, G* index, and Kriging method, and to explain the dependent variable, bivariate correlation analysis were used. The results showed that villagers Feeling of security in the province with an average of 2.46 is moderate to low, and there is significant difference between Shirvan and Chardavol districts. Analysis of variance showed that there is significant differences among the sub district in County. The first group of sub district Lumar, Zardalan, Asmanabad are below average sense of security and second group of sub district Zangovan, Holailan, Karzan, Shabab and Byjnevand are higher than average sense of security.Spatial analysis results also showed, variable has several clusters in the County area As Northeast and southwest and the West areas of the County are the least sense of security and the Central areas are greatest sense of security. The correlation analysis also indicated that the variables of "functions of the police station", having index, "social capital", "preparation and implementation of village physical plan”, “road lighting quality”, “the village population”, “village distance from main roads”, “the media and communication facilities” are significant relationship with villagers Feeling of security variable.

Urban tourism has high potential to attract tourists and consequently causes financial benefits and employment opportunities. Many cities of Iran including Boroojerd because of benefiting from a variety of environmental conditions have a high potential in attracting urban tourism, but still they have not obtained their rightful position in this category. There are various reasons for this deficiency and failure to obtain tourist's satisfaction is one the most important and the most effective ones. Therefore, identification and determination of the provided services' quality for tourists is the first step to increasing their satisfaction and it will result in sustainable improvement in tourism economy. One of the methods to evaluate the effectiveness of existing services and facilities in one area is to evaluate the opinions of the beneficiaries and users of that service. On the basis of this fact this study investigates the factors that affecting tourists' satisfaction from substructures and functions of Boroojerd urban tourism. This survey method is combined approach (surveys and descriptive – analytical). By using KANO requirements motivational theory, research's data obtained via the questionnaire of Johnson – Warbeck model designed and by visiting the hotels and motel and tourist centers, 130 of these visitors have travelled to this city in Norouz holiday of 1392 and with the method of availability and choice the questionnaires were distributed and completed. The results of this study show that safety with satisfaction rate of 0.56 is the most basic requirement, preparing food and restaurants with satisfaction rate of 0.80 is the main functional requirement And communication systems (Internet, mobile,...) with a satisfaction rate of 0.82 is one of the most important tourist's motivational necessities.

The standard of living is considered as one of the most important social issues. This is like key economic indices. Such as gross, it is national product which plays a crucial role to increase the rate & level of development, employment & so on across countries of the world. The principle topic on this issue is the relation between the social capitals with the standard of living in city areas. The research method was close to descriptive-analytical kind. The questionnaire’s tool of evaluating the concepts proved the concepts’ validity correct through the “Apparent Credit” approach. It also proved its reliability correct through the use of “Cronbahch’s Alpha Coefficient”. The population contains the entire 343977 residents of the city of Gorgaan & the volume of sample appeared to be 363 individuals. The findings showed that there is a meaningful relation between the social capital & its dimensions with the standards of living. The relations remain the same with the presence & entering of factors like control of region, gender, age bracket & education level, &keeps its meaningfulness at the same high confidence level. Based on this, it can be cited that the standard of living & its multiple dimensions (structural environmental, social – cultural, economic, hygienic & health care) all are under the influence of social capital. The experimental results of the research have revealed that the higher the level of social capital, the more optimum the standard of living indices will be. Consequently it is suggested that the element of social capital and its key role in quality development of civic neighborhood should be considered and appreciated by authorities when planning and making policy for civic and municipal-related procedures.
