City managers are constantly trying to improve community participation in the management of their goals in the best possible way to achieve especially in border towns. Given the importance of public participation in the management of city quality, the aim of this study was to evaluate the extent of citizen participation in urban management in the suburb of Babol and identify the benefits and barriers as well as concepts and guidelines for the participation of the citizens to improvement of city management. So in order to implement this goal, the study is descriptive, analytical and applied field work. The research sample of Babol citizens and its margins and formulations based on a sample size is 200. Questionnaires were selected randomly as a Cochrane in four areas in the southern edge of the city. The documents and the field of data collection methods and SPSS software were used for data analysis .The results shows that the participation of citizens in the border city of Babl, with an average of 2.49 is lower than the average level in urban management. The partnership between the highest and the lowest contribution to the community of Western Katie is the neighborhood of Kamangarkola. The hypothesis test results show that there is a significant relationship between the level of 99 percent of the independent variables (satisfaction with municipal services to citizens, citizens 'trust of civic leaders, citizens' awareness of city management, social belonging citizens) with variable dependent (citizen participation in urban management).  }, keywords = {participation,urban management,Central Cities,City Babol}, title_fa = {بررسی میزان مشارکت شهروندان حاشیه شهرهای میانی در مدیریت شهری.مطالعه موردی: شهر بابل}, abstract_fa = {مشارکت یکی از مفاهیم عمده و اصلی توسعه پایدار به شمار می‌رود، از این رو مدیران شهری همواره سعی کرده‌اند تا با جلب مشارکت‌ مردمی به اهداف خود در زمینه مدیریت بهینه شهر به ویژه در حاشیه شهرها به بهترین نحو ممکن نائل آیند. با توجه به اهمیت مشارکت مردم در مدیریت مطلوب شهر، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی میزان مشارکت شهروندان حاشیه شهر بابل در مدیریت شهری و همچنین شناسایی مفاهیم، مزایا و موانع و ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت جلب مشارکت شهروندان برای بهبود مدیریت شهر می‌باشد، که در اجرای این هدف، از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شهروندان حاشیه شهر بابل می‌باشند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران نمونه‌ای به تعداد 200 نفر سرپرست خانوار از چهار محله در حاشیه جنوب شهر بصورت تصادفی انتخاب و اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و میدانی گردآوری شده است و از ‌نرم افزار SPSS جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که میزان مشارکت شهروندان حاشیه شهر بابل با میانگین 49/2 در امور مدیریت شهری از سطح متوسط پائین‌تر می‌باشد. در این بین بیشترین میزان مشارکت مربوط به محله کتی‌غربی و کمترین میزان مشارکت مربوط به محله کمانگرکلا می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که رابطه معناداری در سطح 99 درصد بین متغییرهای مستقل شامل؛ رضایت شهروندان از خدمات شهری، اعتماد شهروندان نسبت به مدیران شهری، آگاهی شهروندان از برنامه‌های مدیریت شهر و تعلق اجتماعی شهروندان با متغیر وابسته (مشارکت شهروندان در امور مدیریت شهری) وجود دارد.}, keywords_fa = {مشارکت,مدیریت شهری,شهرهای میانی,بابل}, url = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_7500.html}, eprint = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_7500_c0171ef886f5a0e6bd4cc25c3abca391.pdf} }
