سنجش و مقایسه تطبیقی کیفیت سکونت در بافت های قدیم و جدید شهری (نمونه موردی بافت قدیم و جدید شهر کرمان)

چکیده

در طول چند دهه گذشته اندازه گیری کیفیت درک شده از محیط های مسکونی، به یکی از حوزه های مطالعات شهری در کشورهای مختلف تبدیل شده است و دارای مولفه های چندگانه اجتماعی ، محیطی و اقتصادی می باشد.توجه به این شاخص در شهرها بدلیل نقش آن به عنوان ابزاری کارآمد در مدیریت و برنامه ریزی شهری و بطور کلی تعیین میزان قابل زیست بودن شهرها فزونی یافته است .این تحقیق با هدف سنجش کیفیت محیط سکونت در محلات بافت های قدیم و جدید در شهر کرمان از طریق نظریه رضایتمندی سکونتی بر آن است تا با شناسایی و ارزیابی وضعیت کیفی مولفه های سازنده کیفیت در محیط های سکونتی ، علاوه بر تعیین سطح کیفیت محیط در محدوده مطالعاتی به اولویت بندی مولفه های محیطی مطلوب و نامطلوب محیط سکونتی مورد نظر بپردازد.روند پژوهش بدین ترتیب بوده است که با مطالعه مرتبط ترین منابع و بررسی نظرات متخصصین این امر، مفهوم رضایتمندی سکونتی وعوامل موثر بر آن بدست آمده و این شاخص ها به صورت پرسشنامه با استفاده از طیف پنج گزینه ای لیکرت تدوین و در دو محله مورد مطالعه با توجه به نظرات ساکنین تکمیل شدند و در مرحله ی بعد پرسشنامه های تکمیل شده ، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.در مراحل مختلف تجزیه و تحلیل از آزمون های تک نمونه ای کولموگروف – اسمیرنف ، آزمون T تک نمونه ای ، آزمون بارتلت و مدل فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبیAHP و نرم افزار Expert choice وSPSS بهره گرفته شد تا معیارهای کیفی بدست آمده به داده های کمی تبدیل شده و دقت تجزیه و تحلیل افزایش یابد. نتایج این تحلیل ها حاکی از آن است که در مجموع کیفیت سکونت در محله مسجد ملک در بافت قدیم شهر در وضعیت مناسبی قرار ندارد و نیازمند مداخلات فراوانی در زمینه های کالبدی و زیست محیطی است ، در حالیکه کیفیت سکونت در محله مطهری در بافت جدید شهری در حد متوسطی است . همچنین در حالیکه شاخص محیط زیستی گردو غبار بیشترین اهمیت را در ایجاد رضایتمندی ساکنین بافت جدید محله مطهری دارد ، در بافت قدیم و محله مسجد ملک عامل پارکینگ بیشترین تأثیر را دارد.

چکیده [English]

Over the past few decades to measure perceived quality of residential environments has accessioned to the domain of Urban studies in various countries and has multiple components of social , environmental and economy .Attention to this index in this cities due to its role as an efficient tool in the Urban management , Planning and generally determine the amount of habitable cities have risen. this study intent to assessing the quality of habitancy in the neighborhoods old and new of fabric in Kerman via the theory of Residential satisfaction , in addition to determine the level of environmental quality in the study area are prioritized components favorable and unfavorable environment desired residence . The process of research is as the study of the most relevant resources and experts ideas in this area has been reached the concept of residential satisfaction and influential factors as a results , these indices using a five-items questionnaire Likert developed and evaluated based on input from residents were completed questionnaires , were analyzed. At various stages of the analysis Tests, one-sample Kolmogorov - Smirnov, one-sample T-test, Bartlett's test and model Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) , Expert choice and SPSS software were used to measure obtained qualitative and quantitative data conversion accuracy of the analysis increases. The results of this analysis indicate overall quality of habitancy in the neighborhood of Mosque Malek in the urban old of fabric is in bad condition and it need to abundant intervention in theme of physical and Bioenvironment . The quality of habitancy in urban neighborhood of Motahari in urban new of fabric is moderate. Also, while the index of Bioenvironment of dust is the most important factor in creating residential satisfaction in neighborhood of Motahari, in the neighborhood of Mosqu Maleke the factor of parking is the most effective .
