Planning housing income decile Isfahan Case Study: Isfahan urban households Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the housing situation and the estimated income decile classes of low-income housing requirements for the use of statistical techniques used in planning housing is in Isfahan. The population-based sample of urban households surveys of expenditure and revenue plans for urban households in 1390, to form. The findings percentage share of total household expenditure on housing costs in Isfahan city average of 90 to 32 percent. Comparison of percentage share of housing costs relative to total costs between income deciles shows that this rate is higher income deciles, is less than the lower income deciles. Thus, the tenth deciles of households, about 6 percent of their income for housing provision and allocate Whereas the first deciles of households, more than 90% of its revenues are spent on preparation and provision of housing.
