ارتقاء ارزش‌های بصری در کریدورهای دید شهری با QSAM (نمونه موردی: میدان انقلاب زنجان)

چکیده
عرصه‌ی عمومی باید شرایطی را برای گروه‌های مختلف اجتماعی فراهم کند تا علاوه بر رابطه‌های با واسطه، به طور بی‌واسطه نیز با یکدیگر ارتباط برقرار کنند. . محورهای دید شهرها نمونه‌ای از یک عرصه عمومی هستند که ارتباط بصری بین چشم اندازهای مطلوب شهری یا عناصر شاخص شهری را از طریق یک محور حرکتی یا کانال بصری برقرار می‌سازند. کیفیت ارزش های بصری محورهای حرکتی بین نقاط شاخص شهری می تواند نقش مهمی در میزان کیفیت اینگونه فضاهای شهری و همچنین خوانایی محیط داشته باشد. بنابراین در راستای ارتقای کیفیات بصری محیط‌های شهری می‌بایستی معیارها و شاخص‌های مورد اهمیت را شناسایی کرده و در ادامه در راستای تقویت آنها نقاط ضعف را از طریق سنجش کمی کیفیت به صورت تحلیل‌های فضایی- مکانی در محدوده مورد مطالعه نشان داد. پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته نشان می‌دهد عوامل اصلی کیفیت ارزش‌های بصری در کریدورهای دید شهری عوامل خوانایی، زیبایی محیطی و جداره ها، تداوم و توالی حرکت، پیوستگی جداره ها، فضای سبز طبیعی، عناصر کیفی نظام بصری و عناصر منظر شهری محسوب می‌شوند. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی-‌ تحلیلی است. از شیوه‌های مرور متون، منابع و اسناد تصویری در بستر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین از روش تحقیق موردی و شیوه تحقیق مشاهده در بستر مطالعات میدانی وپرسشنامه از نظر شهروندان در میدان انقلاب زنجان و 4 محور و کریدور دید منتهی به آن بهره گرفته است. در پژوهش حاضر براساس یافته‌های صورت گرفته، جهت سنجش کمی کیفیت ارزش‌های بصری در کریدورهای دید شهری در قالب 7 عامل و 27 شاخص کیفی و 41 سنجه کمی طبقه بندی و از طریق روش ANP مورد ارزشگذاری و در نهایت به کمک Spatial Analysis در محیط ARCMAP مورد تحلیل و مدلسازی فضایی قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آنست که کیفیت ارزشهای بصری در محورهای اتصالی به میدان انقلاب زنجان به ترتیب کریدور شهری C (خیابان سعدی) با وزن میانگین (0.2843)، کریدور A ( خیابان فدائیان اسلام) با وزن میانگین (0.2747)، کریدور D (خیابان انقلاب) با وزن میانگین (0.2740) و در رتبه آخر کریدورB (خیابان امام خمینی) با وزن میانگین (0.2125) برآورد شده‌ است.

چکیده English

Public sphere should provide conditions for different social groups as well as through relationships, to communicate directly with each other. Axes ci-ties saw an example of a public sphere that visual connection between the desired urban landscapes or elements of the urban indicators through a mo-tor-driven or shaping the visual channel. The quality of the visual axis can move between points of the city such an important role in the quality of ur-ban spaces and the environment is readability. Research carried out shows that the main causes of visual values quality in urban corridors view of rea-dability, beautiful environment and walls, continuity and sequence of mo-tion, continuity walls, natural green space, quality of the visual and land-scape elements are considered.such an important role in the quality of ur-ban spaces and the environment is readability. This study is cross-sectional.Analysis and modeling of the space is located. The results indicate that values quality visual axes connecting to the Revolution Square Zanjan urban corridor C (Avenue Sadi) mean weight (0.2843), Corridor A (St. De-votees of Islam) and the weight average (0.2747), Corridor D (St. Revolu-tion) with a weight average (0.2740) and in the end corridor B (Emam Khomeini) mean weight (0.2125) is estimated.
