نابرابری فضایی درجه توسعه شهرستان های استان خوزستان با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار

چکیده

یکی از چالش های فراروی برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت مطلوب شهری و منطقه ای در راستای شهر و منطقه پایدار عدم تعادل و توازن در میزان توسعه پایدار شهرستان های استقرار یافته در منطقه است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تطبیقی توسعه شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان در دو دوره 1385 و 1390 با تأکید بر توسعه پایدار می باشد. در این پژوهش، شاخص‌های مورد بررسی متشکل از 59 متغیر برای سال 1385 و 71 متغیر برای سال 1390 در قالب 6 شاخص زیربنایی، بهداشتی درمانی، فرهنگی، آموزشی، بهزیستی و اقتصادی از سالنامه آماری 1385 و 1390 جمع‌آوری شده و با بهره‌گیری از روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ویکور، شهرستان‌های استان خوزستان بر اساس میزان پایداری به سطوح مختلف طبقه‌بندی شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از این مقاله نشان می‌دهد که نابرابری در میزان پایداری در بیشتر زمینه‌ها در شهرستان های استان وجود دارد. با وجود این در سال 1390 نسبت به سال 1385 در بعضی از شاخص‌های مورد مطالعه از میزان نابرابری تا حدودی کاسته شده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده بیشترین میزان بهبود در ضریب توسعه شهرستان‌ها، متعلق به سه شهرستان هندیجان (725/0) گتوند (570/0) و امیدیه با 544/0 درصد می‌باشد و همچنین کمترین میزان بهبود به سه شهرستان بندرماهشهر (221/0)، خرمشهر (180/0) و آبادان با 057/0 درصد تعلق دارد..

In this connection, the assessment of sustainable development is essential to ordered into the matter, and because of the special features and concept of sustainable development is very difficult. Considering that in a dynamic system such as the human population dynamics, stability means stable equilibrium over time. This concept is not something that can be easily measured, the stability of a constant quality is not a fixed point. It is important to assess what might be inclined to assess the balance over timeThe purpose of this study, comparative development Khuzestan province in two period of 1385 and 1390 is with an emphasis on sustainable development. In this study, we examined indicators for 1385 consists of 59 variables and 71 variables 6 index for 1390 in infrastructure, health, cultural, educational, and economic State Welfare The Statistical Yearbook 1385 and 1390 collected And the use of multi-criteria decision VIKOR, Khuzestan province is classified according to different levels of stability. The results of this paper show that the inequality in the stability in most areas of the city there. However, in 1390 to 1385 in some of the scales of inequality has diminished somewhat. Based on the results in the greatest improvement in the coefficient of expansion of cities, belonging to three city Hendijan (723/0) Masjed Soleiman (687/0) and 623/0 percent of the Andimesh And also the lowest improvement in three city of Abadan (257/0), Azadegan (252/0) and Iran to 245/0 percent, respectively.
