Among these problems, there is a shortage of urban amenities such as a hospital, fire station, etc. The 22nd district of Tehran, which has witnessed a growing trend in recent years and includes high-rise towers and buildings, has a large population, so it is believed that the lack of urban amenities, including stations Firefighting. The purpose of this research is to investigate the status of allocation of demand to existing fire stations in the region with the VAOMP unified approach (a completely new approach to location and allocation) with the goal of minimizing time in the GIS environment. Considering that location and allocation issues are among NP-Hard issues, solving them in deterministic methods is almost impossible. For this reason, in the present research, metaheuristic algorithm was used to solve the problem. After sensitivity analysis and implementing the new VAOMP model in the study area with 7 existing stations and a population of 150,000, the results of the research showed that existing stations with the goal of minimizing time (up to 5 minutes) are not able to provide the entire population of the region with services And 28040 calls will remain without access to the services, which means that at least two other stations are required for optimal service provision in the region.. Also, despite the difficulty of the VAOMP model, it was found that this algorithm is capable of solving satisfactorily solvable problems in a short time.}, keywords = {Firestation,Tabu Search Algorithm,Vector assignment ordered probem,Tehran province 22}, title_fa = {حل مسئلۀ تخصیص ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی منطقۀ 22 تهران با استفاده از یک رویکرد ترکیبی در محیط سیستم اطلاعات مکانی}, abstract_fa = {توسعۀ ناهمگون شهری و عدم پیشبینی صحیح در زمینه توسعۀ شهرها مشکلات متعددی را در شهرها ایجاد میکندف از جملۀ این مشکلات، کمبود تسهیلات شهری و نامناسب بودن مکان قرارگیری تسهیلات مانند بیمارستان، ایستگاه آتشنشانی و ... جهت خدماترسانی به مردم است. در این میان منطقه 22 شهر تهران که بزرگترین قطعۀ پایتخت محسوب میشود، در سالهای اخیر شاهد رشدی فزاینده بوده است. این منطقه که دربردارندۀ برجها و ساختمانهای بلندمرتبه است و جمعیت زیادی را در خود جای داده است، نیازمند توجه بیشتری از لحاظ نحوۀ خدماترسانی تسهیلات اورژانسی و از آنجمله ایستگاههای آتشنشانی میباشد. با توجه به اینکه ایستگاههای آتشنشانی جهت خدماترسانی بهینه باید در زمانی کمتر از 5 دقیقه به محل حادثه برسند، هدف این پژوهش کمینه کردن زمان رسیدن ماشینهای آتشنشانی به محل حادثه و بررسی وضعیت تخصیص یا تعداد مردمی است که میتوانند از خدمات بهرهمند شوند. جهت حل این مسئله از رویکرد ترکیبی مدل میانه تخصیص برداری که رویکردی کاملا نو در زمینه مکانیابی و تخصیص است در محیط سیستم اطلاعات مکانی استفاده میشود. از آنجاییکه مسائل تخصیص در زمرۀ مسائل سخت قرار دارند، از الگوریتم جستجوی ممنوعه جهت حل مسئله استفاده گردید. پس از انجام آنالیز حساسیت و تنظیم بهترین پارامترها برای الگوریتم جستجوی ممنوعه، مدل تخصیصبرداری در منطقۀ 22 اجرا شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که 7 ایستگاه موجود قادر نیستند در کمتر از 5 دقیقه به تمام جمعیت منطقه خدماترسانی کنند و 28040 نفر بدون دسترسی به خدمات باقی خواهند ماند. در نتیجه لازم است که حداقل 2 ایستگاه دیگر نیز جهت خدماترسانی بهینه در منطقه ایجاد شود؛ همچنین با وجود دشوار بودن مدل میانه تخصیص برداری مشخص شد که این الگوریتم قادر است در حل مسائل با سایز متوسط جوابهای راضی کنندهای را در مدت زمان کوتاهی فراهم کند.}, keywords_fa = {ایستگاه آتش‌نشانی,الگوریتم جستجوی ممنوعه,مدل میانه تخصیص برداری,منطقۀ 22 تهران}, url = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_124914.html}, eprint = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_124914_f1deb6c267d60d6308e52858a7ca637e.pdf} }
