This population explosion and its resulted unplanned development, specifically in developing countries, lead to adverse consequences such as construction in agricultural land and approaching and settlement in areas exposed to natural hazards. Using various criteria, land suitability analysis (LSA) could be an important proceeding to accomplish sustainable and safe urban development. GIS, with the ability of analysis of spatial relationships, helps urban policy makers to relate different information sources and perform sophisticated analysis. The present study deals with land suitability analysis of the central county of Sabzevar to reach urban development‚ considering eight criteria, i.e. slope, height, aspect, distance to fault, distance from main roads, distance from surface water, land cover, and soil type‚ using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In this method we calculated land suitability index for the studied area with selecting different criteria, defining the weight of each criterion, producing criteria maps in GIS environment, and finally integrating them. Eventually final map was classified into five class of much higher, high, medium, low and much lower suitability. The results showed that about 60% of the evaluated scope is in high and much higher suitability overall and also 16% of the scope is in the areas of low and much lower suitability that the major cause of this unsuitability can be the existence of Joghatai Mountains in the north of the area. According to the research, North‚ East and North East of the city are the most suitable directions for urban development.}, keywords = {Land suitability analysis,Physical development,multi criteria analysis,fuzzy AHP,GIS}, title_fa = {ارزیابی تناسب اراضی برای توسعه فیزیکی شهر سبزوار به روش فازی سلسله مراتبی}, abstract_fa = {در دهه‌های اخیر، رشد شتابان جمعیت شهری منجر به گسترش فیزیکی شهرها گشته است. این انفجار جمعیتی و توسعه‌ی شهری بدون برنامه‌ی ناشی از آن به‌ویژه در کشورهای درحال توسعه عواقب زیان‌باری نظیر به زیر ساخت رفتن اراضی زراعی و نزدیک شدن و یا استقرار در نواحی در معرض خطرات طبیعی را به دنبال دارد. ارزیابی تناسب اراضی (LSA) با به‌کارگیری معیارهای متعدد، می‌تواند اقدام مهمی در جهت تحقق معیارهای توسعه‌ی پایدار و ایمن شهری باشد. سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی با توانایی تحلیل روابط فضایی به سیاست‌گذاران شهری امکان مرتبط ساختن منابع اطلاعات مجزا و اجرای تحلیل‌های پیچیده را می‌دهد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با استفاده از تکنیک فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی و با بهره‌گیری از هشت معیار شیب، ارتفاع، جهت شیب، فاصله از گسل، فاصله از راه‌های اصلی، فاصله از آب‌های سطحی، پوشش زمین و جنس خاک به بررسی تناسب اراضی بخش مرکزی شهرستان سبزوار به منظور توسعه شهری پرداخته است. در این روش با انتخاب معیارهای مختلف، تعیین وزن هر معیار، تهیه و تولید نقشه‌های معیار در محیط GIS و در نهایت تلفیق نقشه‌های معیار اقدام به محاسبه‌ی شاخص تناسب برای محدوده‌ی مورد مطالعه گردید. این نقشه‌ی نهایی بر مبنای شاخص تناسب به پنج طبقه‌ی تناسب خیلی زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم و خیلی کم تقسیم‌بندی شد. نتایج حاکی از این است که در مجموع حدود 60 درصد از محدوده‌ی مورد بررسی در طبقه‌ی با تناسب زیاد و خیلی زیاد و همچنین 16 درصد در طبقه‌ی با تناسب کم و خیلی کم قرار دارد که علت اصلی آن را می‌توان وجود رشته کوه جغتای در بخش‌های شمالی منطقه دانست. برطبق این بررسی جهات شرق، شمال و شمال شرقی شهر مناسب‌ترین جهات به منظور توسعه‌ی شهر سبزوار هستند.}, keywords_fa = {ارزیابی تناسب اراضی,توسعه‌ی فیزیکی,تحلیل چند متغیّره,تحلیل فازی سلسله مراتبی,سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS))}, url = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_54242.html}, eprint = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_54242_a69f91db42d79719df60321f6310c143.pdf} }
