Conformity and harmony with each other for the stability of the system is inevitable. Kermanshah city as the ninth Iran metropolitan region in recent decades has been severe physical expansion and population. this study examines the quality and quantity of this situation and provides optimal conditions for future development deals. the purpose of this article is applied and the approach is Analyticalـdescriptive.to do this in the first part of Landsat TM and ETM + Satellite images over timescales 1986, 1991, 1998, 2007, 2010 and 2015 were used. in order to detect changes in the levels of classification changes cover three classes: residential and urban lands, agricultural lands and open spaces, the software ENVI Supervised classification with maximum likelihood method and the mean kappa coefficient were used more than 95% for all classes, and images that show high accuracy. The results show that urban expansion and population levels in three decades from 3221 hectares to 11432 hectares and 560514 inhabitants and 905602 inhabitants, that is about four times the physical growth and increased 1.61times the population has come to represent the physical development and rapid population during the period. In the second part of more than 20 criteria in relation to map physical parameters of extraction were prepared in a manner library. then, using fuzzy clustering and fuzzy logic in MATLAB software environment and GIS appeared to overlap layers and optimum directions. It turned out that the future development of Kermanshah city in "relatively good-average" are.}, keywords = {Physical Expansion,Kermanshah,map scale,Clustering,Fuzzy logic}, title_fa = {بررسی روند توسعه فیزیکی کلانشهر کرمانشاه و ارائه الگوی بهینه جهات رشد}, abstract_fa = {شهر سکونتگاهی‌فضایی، انسان‌ساخت و گسترش‌یابنده است. نظامی که فرآیند رشد و توسعه، تغییرات شکلی و ساختاری را به خود دیده و آن را مدیریت می‌کند. انطباق یا هماهنگی این نظام با یکدیگر برای پایداری شهر امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. شهر کرمانشاه به عنوان نهمین کلانشهر منطقه‌ای ایران طی دهههای اخیر با گسترش کالبدی و جمعیتی شدیدی مواجه بوده است. این پژوهش به بررسی کم و کیف این وضعیت و ارائه الگوی بهینۀ جهات رشد این شهر می‌پردازد. این مقاله از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. برای انجام این مقاله در بخش نخست از تصاویر ماهوارهای لندست TM و ETM+ طی بازه‌ی زمانی سالهای 1365، 1370، 1377، 1386، 1389 و 1394 استفاده شد. به منظور آشکار‌سازی تغییرات سطوح و طبقه‌بندی تغییرات در سه کلاس پوششی: 1. کاربری زمین مسکونی و شهری 2. اراضی کشاورزی 3. بایر و فضای باز، از نرم افزار ENVI و روش طبقه‌بندی نظارت شده با حداکثر احتمال (Maximum Likelihood) و میانگین ضریب کاپای بیش از 95 درصد برای کلیه طبقات و تصاویر استفاده شد که نشان از صحت بالا دارد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که گسترش سطوح شهری و جمعیتی طی سه دهه (65ـ 94) از 3221 هکتار مساحت و 560514 نفر جمعیت به 11432 هکتار و 905602 نفر جمعیت ، یعنی حدود رشد 4 برابر کالبدی و افزایش 1.61 برابری جمعیت رسیده است که بیانگر توسعه کالبدی و جمعیتی سریع طی دوره مذکور بوده است. در بخش دوم بیش از 20 نقشه معیار در رابطه با پارامترهای مؤثر بر گسترش کالبد شهری تهیه و پردازش شدندکه با استفاده از دو روش خوشه‌بندی‌فازی (Fuzzy Clustering) و منطق‌فازی (Fuzzy Logic) در دو محیط نرم‌افزاری MATLAB و Arc GIS اقدام به همپوشانی لایه‌ها و جهات بهینه نمایان شدند. در نهایت مشخص‌گردید که جهات توسعه فیزیکی شهر کرمانشاه در آینده دارای وضعیتی "متوسط و نسبتا مناسب" است.}, keywords_fa = {گسترش کالبدی,کرمانشاه,نقشه معیار,خوشه بندی,منطق فازی}, url = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_90110.html}, eprint = {https://gps.gu.ac.ir/article_90110_6097f89c720099bfa00b89148f5ff035.pdf} }
