Abstract

In recent years, spatial equity has becomes an important issue in the field of planning and geographical studies. As urban public services configure the form and the nature of urban physical, social and spatial dimensions, inequity in distribution might have irreparable effects on the structure and the form of the city. Inequity in spatial distribution could lead to the segregation of city neighborhoods and urban management would face with serious challenges. The study of inequalities in the distribution of services and identify spatial pattern of injustice in the city, we can know which of the services are unhappy in situation. However , recognizing and revising each one of the city uses to achieve the appropriate criteria and the principles of planning in city sustainable development are the most important activities in this field The research method is descriptive – analytical. In order to analysis of how the distribution of services in neighborhoods, the correlation coefficient Pearson, VIKOR model and method (RN).is used. The results show that an urban public services is not distributed fairly in neighborhoods of this city. So that neighborhood eleven in the best position and neighborhood seven, are located at the lowest level in having of urban services distribution.
