چکیده
در این پژوهش  که با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی صورت گرفته، شناسایی عوامل و الگوی توسعه و رشد مناطق شهری و مکانیابی جهات مطلوب گسترش فیزیکی شهر یزد به‌عنوان هدف اصلی پژوهش مد نظر است. بعد از شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار در امر توسعه و رشد شهر یزد، برای تحلیل و شناسایی این عوامل ابتدا چهار معیار اصلی (محیطی، اقتصادی- اجتماعی، فضایی- کالبدی، طرح و سیاست­های دولت) با 33 زیر معیار با شبررسی منایع داخلی و خارجی برای شهر یزد تعیین و بر اساس نتایج پرسش­ نامه‌هایی که توسط 20 تن از مسئولان سازمان‌های مربوطه پرشده، با روش آنتروپی شانون ارزش‌گذاری شدند. در تحلیل نهایی با استفاده از تکنیک ویکور جهات مطلوب توسعۀ شهری تعیین و در نهایت با روش همپوشانی وزن­دار و تکنیک چیدمان فضا، تحلیل الگوی توسعه و هدایت رشد شهری انجام‌گرفته، نتایج به­دست آمده نشان می­دهد که مهم­ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توسعۀ فیزیکی شهر یزد معیار فضایی- کالبدی و معیارهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی کمترین تاثیر را دارند. تحلیل رتبه بندی مناطق مستعد توسعۀ شهر یزد بر اساس مدل ویکور حاکی از آن است که بهترین جهت در اولویت اول منطقۀ یک واقع در شمال شرقی و در اولویت دوم منطقۀ سه واقع در جهت جنوب شهر استۀ همچنین بررسی نقشه نهایی حاصل از روش همپوشانی وزن­دار و چیدمان فضا نشان داد که در مناطق شمال شرقی و جنوب و همچنین نزدیکی شهر به شبکۀ ارتباطی توسعه بیشتر بوده و میزان انتخاب در این خطوط نیز، تمایل به سکونت پیوسته و چسبیده به شهر را نشان می­دهد.

Zoning of Urban Areas for Future Development Using Space Layout Technique (Case Study: Yazd City)

چکیده English

The present study is a descriptive-analytical approach identifying the factors and pattern of development and growth of urban areas and identifying desirable directions of physical development of Yazd city is considered as the main objective of the study. After identifying the factors affecting the development and growth of Yazd city, to analyze and identify these factors, first, four main criteria (environmental, economic, spatial-physical, government plans and policies) with 33 sub-criteria by examining internal and external resources for the city Yazd was determined and based on the results of questionnaires filled by 20 officials of relevant .organizations, were evaluated by Shannon entropy method.In the final analysis, using the Vikor technique to determine the desired directions of urban development, and finally with the weighted overlay method and the space layout technique, the analysis of development pattern and urban growth guidance, the results show that the most important factors affecting the physical development of Yazd city. Spatial-physical criteria and economic and social criteria have the least impact. The analysis of the ranking of Yazd's development potentials based on the Vikor model indicates that the best direction is in the first priority of the north one and in the second priority is the south three.The final map of the overlay and space syntax analysis showed that in the northeast and south areas as well as the proximity of the city to the development of the communication network, the rate of selection along these lines showed a tendency for continuous and clinging to the city yazd.
