تحلیلی بر امنیت فضاهای عمومی

چکیده

احساس امنیت، آرامش و آسودگی خاطری است که توجه به ابعاد مختلف آن می‌تواند ارتباطات و سرمایه‌ی اجتماعی عظیمی که خود عاملی برای ثبات، آرامش و لذت از فضاهای عمومیِ شهری است را به وجود آورد. ولی امروزه به نظر می‌رسد که فضاهای عمومی شهر، مانند پارک‌های شهری که از مهم‌ترین عناصر این فضاها هستند - متأثر از برخی عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی، مشکلات بسیاری را برای امنیت شهروندان ایجاد کرده و در رشد آسیب‌های اجتماعی مؤثر بوده است. در همین ارتباط، پژوهش حاضر با روش اسنادی - میدانی، به بررسی موضوع امنیت در پارک‌های شهری مناطق چهارگانه‌ی شهر قم (محدوده‌ پژوهش) پرداخته است و نتایج آن که با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه و با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار Spss و آزمون‌های مختلفی چون آزمون Kruskal-Wallis،Chi-squre  و Speareman به‌دست آمده، نشان می‌دهد که در مجموع متوسط میزان امنیت کل پارک‌های چهار منطقه‌ی شهر قم، 26/3 از 5 است. از آنجایی‌که این میزان از عدد 3 بالاتر است، می‌توان گفت که میزان امنیت در پارک‌های شهر، متوسط تا زیاد است. در این ارتباط میزان امنیت منطقه‌ی 1، 79/3، منطقه‌ی 2، 59/2، منطقه‌ی 3، 81/2 و منطقه‌ 4، 83/3 می‌باشد. نتیجه‌ای که از ارقام یاد شده می‌توان گرفت، این است که بنا بر مجموع مطالعاتی که بر اساس فاکتورهای مختلف اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، قومی و... در مناطق مذکور صورت گرفته است، میزان احساس امنیت در فضاهای عمومیِ شهری (پارک‌ها) در منطقه‌ دو شهر قم، کم‌ترین میزان و میزان احساس امنیت در فضاهای عمومیِ شهری (پارک‌ها) در منطقه‌ چهار، بیشترین میزان را دارد.

Feeling safe is a self relaxation and peace  with regarding to its different aspects can create huge connections and social wealth that is a factor for stability, peace and enjoyment of urban public spaces. But today, it seems public spaces of cities such as parks which are the most important elements of these spaces, due to some social, economical and cultural factors; a lot of problems have been created and has been created effective in the growth of social problems. In relation to this issue, the present study, with a documentary field study analyses the subject of safety in city parks in four areas of Qom city (Research area), and its results by the use of questionnaire and application of the SPSS software and different tests such as Kruskal-Wallis H، Chi- square and Spearman coefficient correlation show that totally the average of safety in all parks in Qom is 3.26 out of 5. Since this number is over 3, it can be said that the degree of safety in city parks is average or above. In this relation, the degree of region one safety is 3.79, region two is 2.59, region three is 2.81 and region four is 3.83. the result that can be obtained is that based on the total studies based on the factors such as social, economical, cultural, ethnic and ….done in different regions, the degree of feeling safe in public spaces of cities (parks) in the second region of Qom has the lowest level of feeling safe in urban public places and the fourth region has the highest growth.
