پیشران‌های مؤثر بر اقتصاد روستایی دیجیتال با رویکرد کارآفرینی مطالعه موردی: روستاهای استان گیلان

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی پیشران‌های مؤثر بر توسعه اقتصاد روستایی دیجیتال با رویکرد کارآفرینی می‌پردازد. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی و به لحاظ محتوا از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد و از نظر ماهیت، بر اساس روش‌های جدید علم آینده‌پژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی است که با به‌کارگیری ترکیبی از مدل‌های کمی و کیفی انجام‌گرفته است. توسعه اقتصاد دیجیتال روستایی بهبود شرایط اقتصادی و زندگی در مناطق روستایی را هدف می‌گیرد. برخی از پیشران‌های این توسعه شامل ایجاد زیرساخت‌های دیجیتال، ارتقای دسترسی به اینترنت، آموزش و توانمندسازی فناوری در جامعه، ایجاد شبکه‌های اجتماعی و همکاری بین ساکنان، توسعه اپلیکیشن و پلتفرم‌های دیجیتال، راه‌اندازی استارت‌آپ‌های فناوری و تشویق کسب‌وکارهای بر پایه فناوری است که این اقدامات منجر به افزایش نیروی کار، ایجاد فرصت‌های کاری، توسعه اقتصادی و افزایش درآمد در مناطق روستایی می‌شود. نتیجه تحقیق حاکی از آن است که عوامل سازمانی، عوامل محیطی و تحول اکوسیستم، عوامل فناورانه و نوآورانه، وضعیت کسب‌وکار و وضعیت دانش به ترتیب رتبه‌های اول تا پنجم را جهت تحقق و توسعه اقتصاد دیجیتال روستایی کسب نموده‌اند.

چکیده English

The current research is to investigate the effective drivers of developing a digital rural economy with an entrepreneurial approach. In terms of purpose, this study is applied research, and in terms of content, it is a descriptive-analytical one. Moreover, in terms of nature, it is based on the new methods of future studies, analytical and exploratory science, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative models has been used. The development of rural digital economy aims to improve economic conditions and life in rural areas. Some of the drivers of this development include creating digital infrastructure, improving internet access, educating and empowering technology in the community, creating social networks and collaboration between residents, developing applications and digital platforms, launching technology start-ups and encouraging technology-based businesses, which actions will lead to increasing the labor force, creating work opportunities, economic development and increasing income in rural areas. The result of the research indicates that organizational factors, environmental factors, ecosystem evolution, technological and innovative factors, business status, and knowledge status, respectively, have won the first to fifth ranks for the realization and development of the rural digital economy
